The Role

As a Sorting and Fulfillment Associate, you are critical to our operations. You will be responsible for handling valuable inventory, ensuring accuracy in sorting, and preparing orders for shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Card Sorting: Accurately sort, categorize, and inspect TCG cards and high-value collectibles.
• Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high attention to detail.
• Inventory Management: Stock, organize, and maintain inventory levels.
• Process Improvement: Adapt quickly to changing processes in a start-up environment.
• General Support: Assist with team goals and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

What We’re Looking For

• Critical Attention to Detail: Ability to spot differences in cards and ensure 100% order accuracy.
• Reliability: Excellent attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Adaptability: Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment where processes change frequently.
• Stocking Experience: Experience in warehouse, retail, or inventory management is highly preferred.
• Team Player: Willing to collaborate and help out wherever needed.
• Passion for the Industry: Understanding or appreciation of collectibles, nerd culture, TCGs, or high-value products is a huge plus, but not required.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in-person at our Central/South Austin location.
• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and handle delicate products.
